How We Scaled from 2 to 4 Offices with Strategy-Driven Growth

Challenge

John L. Scott Talent Real Estate had a clear goal: expand from two offices to four while attracting high-performing agents and retaining top talent. To support this growth, they needed a consistent marketing strategy that delivered ongoing value, boosted visibility, and positioned the brokerage as the most agent-supported office in the region.

Strategy & Execution

Launched the Social+ Marketing Program, an in-house service that provided done-for-you social media, branding, and content creation. This generated steady monthly revenue and gave agents professional support they could rely on. Built NWMLS-compliant templates for flyers, listing kits, and social content. Designed a digital request system to streamline marketing access and improve delivery times. Hosted weekly marketing classes to train agents on digital trends, platform changes, and content strategies. Promoted the office’s offerings through Facebook events, email campaigns, Eventbrite promotions, and community partnerships. All efforts were aligned with the company’s agent growth and retention goals.

Results

  • Expanded from 2 to 4 offices, launching Olympia in 2018 and Tumwater in 2020
  • Generated over $4,000 per month in recurring revenue from the internal Social+ Marketing Program
